Authorities in Florida said they arrested a woman accused of "kicking people in the genitals" on the street. The Manatee County Sheriff's Office said a deputy responded Tuesday in Bradenton to a report of a "female in the street kicking people in genitals and running around," the Bradenton Herald reported Friday.  Katina Collins, who matched the description of the suspect, walked away from the approaching deputy and allegedly spun around when he followed her and
punched him in the face, knocking off his sunglasses.  The deputy was able to wrestle Collins to the ground and she allegedly tried to scratch his face while he put the handcuffs on her.
