A middle school teacher in California who once worked as an adult movie star won't be returning to the classroom.  Stacie Halas lost an appeal to get her job back.  Halas was teaching eighth grade science when students and fellow teachers discovered she had previously worked for a short time as an adult film star.  She was fired in April and panel of three judges ruled earlier this month agreed that since her work was still readily available online, she can't be an effective teacher.  She has previously said she's embarrassed about her eight-month porn career and she did it to earn money after her boyfriend broke up with her in 2005.
