
A man who says he was hurt by a hot dog thrown by a mascot at a Kansas City Royals game is being allowed to sue the team again. A jury previously ruled against John Coomer, believing that anybody who goes to a baseball game should know there's a risk of being hit by a flying object. However, the "Kansas City Star" reports a Missouri appeals court judge ruled a flying hot dog is not a normal risk associated with a ballgame.
