
A West Virginia woman is in double trouble after getting arrested twice for driving under the influence over the weekend. Authorities in Parkersburg say Emily Jessup 's troubles started on Saturday night when they found her passed out at a fast food restaurant parking lot. She was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and released but then caught again passed out in a convenience store parking lot. She was in the driver's seat while at a 7-11 and officers say she admitted to taking pills. She was charged a second time.
