Hey Ya’ll! My name is Nichole Rose!

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas so I’m a true Cowgirl at heart.

When I moved to Seattle at the beginning of 2012, I thought that the bikini baristas had the COOLEST job, so I decided to work for the best company in the business: Cowgirls Espresso. I couldn’t be happier!

I am a very ambitious person and believe that you should not do anything less than your best. I am currently pursing a degree in neuroscience to one-day work in brain cancer research or treatment.

When I am not pouring espresso shots I like to feed my coffee obsession, sharpen my culinary skills, spoil my pug, go to the shooting range, and enjoy nature (when it’s not raining of course!)
