My name is Rachel Craig and you can find me at The Pink Spot in Federal Way, Monday through Friday 1pm to 6pm.

Working for cowgirls takes my love for making coffee to a whole new level. We have such a great customer base which allows me to really get to know and develop a relationship with my regulars.

If my customers let me, I'll definitely add my own twist to their drink. When
I'm not experimenting and trying different flavors, my drink of choice is a
white chocolate and caramel latte. I have a major sweet tooth and our delicious
Ghirardelli white chocolate is more than satisfying!
