Lindsey's arrest report in which Deputy Joe Rozier of Wilkinson County said he was driving along Highway 20 one evening earlier this month when he spotted a man in a gorilla suit. "I observed a white male dressed in a gorilla suit acting as if he was going to jump into my lane of travel. I swerved into the left lane to avoid an accident with the person," Rozier said. The man and several companions ran into the woods but returned when Rozier threatened to unloose his K-9 dog, the deputy said. He said Lindsey was accompanied by four other adults and two juveniles.When the
group came back to the road, they did not have the gorilla suit but admitted to hiding it in the woods, where he found it, Rozier said.
