An adult entertainment industry group is vowing to go to court to stop the implementation of a new law requiring porn actors to wear condoms. Measure B passed in California Tuesday night with nearly 56 percent of the vote. It requires porn performers to wear condoms while filming in Los Angeles County. It also requires adult entertainment producers to purchase public health permits. The porn industry had been against the measure, saying it creates unneeded bureaucracy. Officials with the Free Speech Coalition say they plan to fight the initiative in court, and will also now look into moving the billion-dollar adult entertainment industry out of Los Angeles County.
